Warranty and Returns:
All of our Laser Pointer and Wireless Presenter Products are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction upon arrival and are covered by a 30 day, no questions return policy. Additionally, if your Laser Pointer or Wireless Presenter is protected against failure due to a manufacturer’s defect for 6 months from date of purchase.

Items ship from our warehouse in North Carolina daily via the most cost effective carrier for the service you have chosen – US Post Office, Ground Parcel, 2 Day or Overnight Service is available. By utilizing multiple carriers including UPS, FedEx and USPS, we are able to pass on substantial savings to you.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday through Friday are shipped the next business day. Orders placed between 12pm Friday and 6pm Sunday ship on Monday (except in cases of a Holiday).
OnPoint Lasers is pleased to offer FREE shipping within the Continental US on orders of $30 or more. Please note that items shipped via FREE shipping will be sent through the US Post Office via First Class Mail. Please expect delivery times of 7-10 days.
